gnuwin32 tac bug ?

dir /a /o /b | tac | wc -l

although I don't change anything in the folder, but the outcome is vary every time for the above command



it is a problem with gnuwin32
but not in cygwin

now I use dir /a /o:-n /b
coz I only want to reverse the order of the list
