add Game Controllers in Control Panel in win flp

winflp stands for windows fundamental for legacy PCs

it is not come with Game controllers in CP by default, but your joypads joysticks can actually work in winflp, the drivers are included

you need Game controllers to modify the joypad/stick settings

add the joy.cpl in your %windir%\system32 path to enable it in CP

copy it from a existing XP installation or a w2k3 one
